Because each client has different needs, ADA provides commercial and personal debt collection services from A-Z. We can effectively handle accounts of any size, in any stage of delinquency (from a few days to many months to even years!).

For clients with a large number of small balance accounts, we offer a customized letter writing service as an alternative to regular collections. This gives the debtor an opportunity to handle the outstanding debt without having to speak to a collector.

Our early collection service allows the debtor to pay their bill quickly. The quicker you act to resolve delinquent accounts, the better the chance of obtaining a balance in full payment.

The early collection service acts as a way to prevent a bad situation from turning worse. We recommend the early collect phase to start ninety days from the last date of service or original invoice date.

The benefit of this arrangement is that you can control the account while the debtor receives a reminder from a third party collection agency. The result is increased cash flow with less time spent by overworked office staff. If the early collection service is not successful on individual accounts, a smooth transition into a full collection effort will start immediately.
